6.4. While using the services of «GRAPERY» system, the Customer must comply the copyrights, patents<br />
and other rights provided by the Contractor's information and documentation, and is responsible for the<br />
violation of these rights.<br />
6.5. The law, that governs the contract between the parties, is the Russian Federation Law.<br />
6.6. All disputes relating to this Contract the parties settle through negotiations.<br />
6.7. If it is not impossible to reach agreement through negotiations, the dispute shall be examined in the<br />
court of competent jurisdiction in the location of the Contractor.
