1 st Executive Council Meeting held<br />
at KMC, Manglore at 01:30 pm on 03-02-2013.<br />
Dr. Mukesh Yadav seconded the proposal and it was resolved by<br />
all that Dr. S.D. Sapeco or Dr Andre Fernandes or any other<br />
faculty from Department <strong>of</strong> <strong>Forensic</strong> <strong>Medicine</strong>, Goa Medical<br />
College shall be considered for co-option. The GC will study<br />
provision within by laws and inform the co opted member about<br />
the decision.<br />
7. Dr. T.K. Bose proposed that once the e-mail contacts are<br />
circulated among the members ; a “close group” <strong>of</strong> all members<br />
shall take place on web. General Secretary assured to respond to<br />
his proposal positively at the earliest.<br />
8. GC members shared various issues related to updating the <strong>of</strong>ficial<br />
<strong>website</strong>.Dr. Pankaj Gupta proposed that President, General<br />
Secretary, Editor & Treasurer shall have <strong>of</strong>ficial e-mail id for all<br />
<strong>of</strong>ficial communication among <strong>IAFM</strong> members and <strong>of</strong>fice bearers.<br />
Dr. Tulsi Mahto seconded the proposal. It was resolved that<br />
matter shall be put forward to “webonreality”- service provider for<br />
the <strong>website</strong>. In the light <strong>of</strong> this; It was also resolved that <strong>of</strong>fice<br />
bearers shall use their name and <strong>of</strong>fice <strong>of</strong> <strong>IAFM</strong> only; avoiding all<br />
other personal information & On completion <strong>of</strong> tenure <strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong>fice the<br />
username and passwords shall be conveyed to next <strong>of</strong>fice bearers<br />
to continue the same e-mail addresses.<br />
9. All the members unanimously congratulated Dr. B.Suresh Shetty<br />
( Oraginising Secretary) and his team for successfully organizing<br />
“<strong>Forensic</strong> Medicon 2013”- 34 th Annual National Conference <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>IAFM</strong>.<br />
10. The meeting was concluded by vote <strong>of</strong> thanks by the General<br />
Secretary.
