THIS MATTER comes before the couft pursuant to 18 U.S.C. $ 3006,{ and $ 5 of
the CJA Plan for the District of New Mexico adopted by the court in 2004. This order
supercedes the "Order Establishing CJA Panel of Attorneys" Misc. No. 05-88. entered on
November 17,2006. The court has reviewed the applicat:ions for membership on the
CJA Panel, has considered the recommendations of the CJA Panel Cornmittee, and
orders as fiollows.
