10) On the 8th April, 2003, Hon. Thiru C. Ponnaiyan, Leader of the<br />
House (Minister for Finance) moved the following motion:<br />
"That rule 32 of <strong>Tamil</strong> <strong>Nadu</strong> <strong>Legislative</strong> <strong>Assembly</strong><br />
Rules which provides that the first hour of every<br />
sitting be available for 'Question and Answers' be<br />
suspended on the 9th April, 2003 and the House<br />
do resolve to transact Government Business."<br />
The Motion was adopted nem con.<br />
11) On the 10th April, 2003, Hon. Thiru C. Ponnaiyan, Leader of the<br />
House (Minister for Finance) moved the following motion:<br />
The Motion was put to vote and carried.<br />
12) On the 21st April, 2003, Hon. Thiru C. Ponnaiyan, Leader of<br />
the House (Minister for Finance) moved the following motion:<br />
