SUBSCRIPTlONS It was a new experience during the first few months of 1972, to receive a continuous stream of subscriptions without any special prodding on the part of the treasurer. As a result, we are able to announce that fewer subscriptions are outstanding than ever before at this time of the year. There are still some, however, and we would appeal once more to these subscribers to try to remember to send all arrears to the treasurer immediately. Several new subscribers have been obtained since last Januarv, but the number is not sufficient. In order to pay for increased printer's bills we must expand further. Please bring this journal to the notice of any of your friends and acquaintances interested in natural history.
