Let Them Eat!
Can’t decide on one item? Or looking to really impress that cheese lover?
Our cheesemongers have thought long and hard about what makes them
happy and the kinds of gifts they’d love to receive. Hint: they involve lots
of cheese. Each of our gift baskets comes packaged in a reusable crate or
recycled cheese box. (To better serve you, it’s best to give us a headsup
that you’re headed in so we can prepare your gift for you.)
The Perfect “Antonelli’s” Cheese Board $150
While all of our artisanal cheeses are perfect on their own, it’s often fun to spruce up
a cheese board with varied accompaniments, making for both a beautiful presentation
as well as a fun pairing experience. Along with a selection of cheese*, this gift comes
with Steven Jenkin’s The Cheese Primer and is loaded with all the goods: salami,
serving board (specify slate or wood), set of three cheese knives, nuts, olives, and jam.
approx weight: 1 lb. cheese, 8 oz. salami, 4 oz. nuts and 4 oz. olives.
Fondue Dream $130
What could be better than a warm pot of bubbling cheese? Two pots, maybe. Come
on, we’ve all dreamed of being a master chef and creating the perfect fondue for our
friends and family and now it’s time to make it a reality. This basket includes three
chunks of our Alpine-style cheeses, including: Gruyere, Emmentaler, Comte, Hoch
Ybrig, and Raclette to name a few, as well as a fondue pot for four, and a crisp French
white wine. approx. weight: 1 lb. cheese (Optional Add-on: Charcuterie)
Raclette 3 Ways $115
Raclette is a Franco/Swiss dish consisting of boiled potatoes, cured meat, and cornichon
pickles, piled high with melted Raclette cheese on top. This meal has warmed many
a soul on cold nights in the Alps (including ours!). This crate comes with Raclette
cheese, a Raclette Tapas Broiler for two, hard salami, and a bottle of Cornichon pickles.
approx. weight: 1 lb. cheese, 8 oz. salami (Optional Add-on: French white wine)
The Debater: Beer versus Wine $215
Folks traditionally like wine and cheese, but have you tried beer and cheese? Our cheesemongers
are split on which is the ideal pairing with our cheese selection. This “kit”
comes with three cheeses,* three Belgian-style ales, three wines, and a Laguiole
bottle opener. The pairings are determined by our Cheesemongers. Best two out of
three goes to…. You decide! approx. weight: 2 lb. 4 oz. cheese
Carnivorous Delight $140
This meat-laden basket is ideal for those obsessed with quality charcuterie. Piled
high with cured meats from Creminelli, Fra’Mani, Columbus, and Salt & Time, this
crate of meat is rounded out with Moustard de Meaux, shallot confit, cornichon and
the book Joyce Goldstein’s Salumi. approx. weight: 1 lb. 8oz. salumi
Do-Gooder $75
This gift, which includes Savannah Bee Company’s Peace Honey, Spring Brook Farm’s
Tarentaise, and a bomber of Brother Thelonious beer, benefits more than just the
recipient. Proceeds from the sale of each of these items goes to Heifer International,
Farms for City Kids Foundation, and the Thelonious Monk Institute for Jazz, respectively.
Each crate will include a note about the organizations and the folks they benefit.
For every “Do-Gooder” gift basket sold, Antonelli’s Cheese Shop will make an additional
donation to Heifer International with the goal of purchasing dairy goats for families in need.
approx. weight: 1 lb. cheese
Truffle Trove $100
The name of this gift says it all: a truffled cheese, truffled salami, truffled salt, and truffled
honey. We don’t necessarily recommend you put all these together, but hey, it’s your
decision! approx. weight: 1 lb. cheese, 10 oz. salami
Antonelli’s Supporter $100
Yea, this one’s pretty self-explanatory. Continue to support your favorite cheese
shop by sporting one of our baseball caps and a t-shirt. And when folks drop by the
house, put out our cheese board!
*Note that cheese is perishable and should be kept refrigerated until 1 hour before eating. Additionally, cheese and sliced meats are always
better fresh cut. If you’re not directly dropping the gift off to the recipient, let us know and we’ll be happy to include a gift card in the basket
(equal to the value of product replaced) for the recipient to come taste the cheese and pick out his/her favorite!

Host/Party Gifts
Have you ever showed up to a party empty-handed? It’s easy to make an impression on the host by bringing a nice
wedge of artisanal cheese, a cheese board, bottle of wine, and a spread. While the cheese will surely be eaten at
the party, the host(ess) will be left with a wonderful memory and keepsake that s/he will be able to reuse at each
consecutive get-together. (Just remind them where they should replenish their cheese stock!)
If you want to contribute something more hearty to the menu, consider ordering one of our custom cheese plates.
With twenty-four hours notice, we can whip up a beautiful platter of artisanal goods customized to a party of any
size. All plates include accompaniments like nuts, olives, and/or jams.
Basic ($30): Three wedges of cheese (12 oz.) and two meats (4 oz.)
Medium ($50): Five wedges (1 lb. 4 oz.) of cheese and three meats (7 oz.)
Large ($100): Five wedges (2 lb. 8 oz.) of cheese and four meats (1 lb.)
