When exploring the Western Front, your aims,
objectives and budget will all affect the places of
interest your group will want to visit. You may wish
to follow the history of poetry throughout the war,
the diversity of those who fought, or even trace the
history of a former member of your school or group.
All our Poppy Travel Guides are recruited based
on their interests and knowledge, and fully trained
when accepted onto the programme. Whatever
you may wish to study, we are confident we can
deliver a customised tour to suit your needs.
Most commonly, a tour of the Western Front
includes Ypres, the Somme or a combination
of the two. However, stops en-route from Calais
or locations south of the Somme battlefield, such
as Peronne or Verdun can also be incorporated
into your tour.
Here are three examples of tours to inspire you.
If something is not included that you expected,
why not give us a call and we can design something
just for you?
