Remarks: Harmon has lower back pain which is treated with spinal manipulation. He has a droopy<br />
or disfigured left eye as a result of a motorcycle accident. He is known to wear eyeglasses.<br />
Harmon is extremely health conscious, and use to work out with weights daily, maintaining<br />
a youthful physical appearance.<br />
Harmon has a sociopathic personality and is prone to erratic personality changes and violence.<br />
He is an avid gambler who maintains an extravagant lifestyle.<br />
Harmon has ties to Washington, New Mexico, California, and Nevada. He may have also<br />
traveled to Europe, Ireland, and the Caribbean in the past.<br />
CAUTION<br />
Paul Joseph Harmon, a convicted felon, is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of a male associate following<br />
a drug-related dispute in Nevada. On October 14, 1990, the victim's body was discovered floating in Lake Tahoe, near an<br />
area known as Camp Richardson, California. His body was floating despite having a large weight tied to it. The victim had<br />
been brutally beaten and stabbed multiple times. At the time of the murder, Harmon was on federal parole.<br />
Harmon was charged with murder with a deadly weapon, and a state arrest warrant was issued on October 19, 1990, by<br />
the Justice Court of Tahoe Township, County of Douglas, State of Nevada. On October 30, 1990, a federal arrest warrant<br />
was issued by the United States District Court, District of Nevada, after Harmon was charged with unlawful flight to avoid<br />
prosecution.
In February and March of 2004, there were three separate reported sightings of Harmon, in and around gambling casinos in<br />
Arizona and California. In one of the sightings, Harmon was reportedly with a group of motorcyclists.<br />
