The mobile crushing unit (SHCC) should be applied<br />
<strong>with</strong> aggregates products.<br />
The processed raw material is fed into the feeding<br />
hopper by an appropriate wheel loader, an excavator<br />
or by a suitable belt conveyor. The built-in belt feeder<br />
80×670 makes the bottom of this hopper. The belt<br />
feeder delivers the processed material into the feeding<br />
box of the applied cone crusher HCC (various models<br />
available). The transport velocity of the PDV 80×670<br />
belt feeder can be seemlessly <strong>ch</strong>anged by a frequency<br />
converter. The crusher product is dis<strong>ch</strong>arged by the<br />
belt conveyor PDV 100×700.<br />

The processed rock is crushed by the hydraulic cone<br />
crusher (HCC). This crusher exhibits namely high<br />
performance and a very good shape of products.<br />
The crusher can be driven either by an electric motor<br />
– energy supply must be atta<strong>ch</strong>ed in this case – or by<br />
a diesel engine aggregate whi<strong>ch</strong> makes it completely<br />
independent from external energy supplies.<br />
The whole crushing unit is completely controlled by a<br />
computer and it is operated in totally automatic mode.<br />
The communication between the operator and the<br />
computer is based on a digital panel application. The<br />
mobile crusher can be transported on a truck trailer.<br />
