MS Word & PDF file formats and files must be saved on the name of
author e.g. monika.doc or monika.pdf. Once Manuscript Id is assigned
by the committee kindly send your camera ready paper files by the name
of manuscript ID which is assigned to your paper e.g. ICCE-2013-01.doc
or ICCE-2013-01.pdf

GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS
Original research paper must be submitted online on the above email-ids.
Authors are requested to submit the papers in MS Word IEEE double
column format. Papers which will not be in compliance of prescribed
format may face rejection. Papers should not exceed maximum 6 pages.
At least one Author should register and present the paper to get it
included in the conference proceedings within stipulated time. More
about registration procedure and mode of payment would be notified to
the authors of accepted papers along with acceptance notification.
Hard copy of the conference proceedings with an ISBN will be provided
at the time of conference. For further details, kindly visit our website

ACCOMMODATION
On prior request, accommodation for the participants may be arranged on
the payment basis at nearby hotels in Ghaziabad/New Delhi / Noida. The
tariff ranges from Rs. 500/- to Rs. 5000/- depending upon the type of
accommodation. A selected number of delegates may be accommodated in
Institute Guest House by paying a nominal amount based on availability.
