Thank you for ordering from GIA! To achieve the quickest possible handling of your order, be sure to list the EDITION
NUMBER (for example, G-4124) of each item. Most orders are normally shipped within 48 hours via U.P.S. If you desire
next day air, second day air, or priority mail (Air Mail/First Class), please request this service on your order. You will be
billed for all shipping charges.
You may order music editions for examination purposes (limited to one copy of each edition, 25 editions maximum)
on an “on approval” basis. This is a great way to discover new music. Music ordered “on approval” may be examined
for 30 days after which all or part of the order may be either returned or kept and paid for. You are responsible for all
shipping charges for “on approval” orders. Recordings cannot be shipped on approval.
We will ship most orders on open account. However, if you wish to send payment with your order, include $6.00 for
postage and handling on all orders up to $60.00, or include 10% of the total amount for postage and handling on orders
over $60.00. Shipping charges for very large orders will likely be much less than 10 percent. Illinois residents add 8.5%
tax when applicable.
