Helen Power Peter Pan Helen trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts after completing a Performing Arts Degree at Middlesex University. During her training she performed in the musicals A... MY NAME IS ALICE and IS THERE LIFE AFTER HIGH SCHOOL? in addition to playing the roles of Lady Macbeth, Cleopatra and Alma in MACBETH, ANTHONY AND CLEOPATRA and Tennessee Williams’ SUMMER AND SMOKE respectively. Her professional debut as leading role Carmen in FAME took her back to her birth place, the Isle of Man, and the beautiful Gaiety Theatre where she had enjoyed many performances with The Christine Wild Theatre School as well as playing the title role in THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK. Earlier this year, Helen created the role of Miss Davis in the new Glenn Miller musical, AMERICAN PATROL, in Southampton. However, Helen first stepped on the London stage at the age of thirteen playing the supporting role of Nan in WHISTLE DOWN THE WIND with The National Youth Music Theatre. By the following year she graduated to the lead role of Cathy (played by Hayley Mills in the 1961 film) and performed at The West Yorkshire Playhouse, Horsham Arts Centre and the Lyric Theatre, Hammersmith. Helen also had the pleasure of performing on Broadway with The National Youth Music Theatre as The Raven in PENDRAGON, a musical about the Arthurian Legends. She is delighted to be playing Peter Pan for PMA Productions. 4
Hannah Bloch Wendy Hannah graduated from Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in 2002 with an award in singing. Most recently, Hannah has just finished working on the original concept recording of Whitechapel, a new musical by Jon Bartlett and Mark Kelser to be produced in 2007. Other credits include: Lead Vocalist for Openwide International, Costa Del Sol; Arriety in Spring Fever at the Kings Head Theatre, London; Queen in Sleeping Beauty at the Wilde Theatre; creating the role of Lucy in Flopstar both at the Kings Head Theatre, London and the Edinburgh Festival; Maurice in Deathwatch at the Etcetera Theatre, London; Maid Marion in Robin Hood at the Colour House Theatre, London. Hannah is delighted to be joining the cast of Peter Pan and hopes that all the boys and girls, mums and dads enjoy their magical trip to Never Never Land. Janine Pardo Tiger Lily/Mrs Darling Since a very early age Janine has loved to perform, initially at Richmond Drama School, she then graduated from Redroofs Theatre School with honours, winning the student of the year award. Whilst at college, Janine was invited to play Fairy Godmother in a Charles Vance production of Cinderella at the Wyvern Theatre, Swindon. She returned the following year to play Alice in Dick Whittington. Unable to stay away from Swindon, it was here that she played roles including Anita in West Side Story, Conchita in Copacabana, and Carmen in Fame. Other productions include playing Charlotte in Charlotte’s Web, Titania in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Amy in Company and Aladdin in a touring production of Aladdin in Ireland to name but a few. She has been involved in various cabaret acts, short films, corporate videos, and voiceovers, as well as choreographing many shows including the UK premiere of Stuart Little, as well as Annie and Me and My Girl, both for Clear Channel at the New Theatre, Oxford. Janine is delighted to be playing Tiger Lily. 5
