Abstrak
TujuanpenelitianiniadalahmenganalisisdanmerancangaplikasiE-Learningberbasisweb.E-
Learning dapatmembantuparapengajardalammendistribusikanbahan ajar
merekatanpaharusberada di kelasdenganmenggunakaninternet,
halinidapatmemaksimalkanwaktupembelajaran di kelas yang terbatas.Metodepenelitian
yang
digunakandalampenulisanskripsiiniadalahmetodeanalisisdanmetodeperancangan.Metode
analisis yang
digunakandalampenelitianinimeliputistudipustakadenganmempelajaribukupanduansebag
ailandasanteori, analisisterhadappenemuanobservasiatassistem yang
sedangberjalandankuesionerdengantopik yang akandiambil.

Metodeperancanganaplikasiinimeliputipembuatan ERD, STD Dan rancanganlayar.Hasil
yang dicapaiadalahterciptanyasuatuaplikasiE-Learning yang
dapatdigunakanuntukmendukungkegiatanbelajarmengajarsertamempermudahsiswadan
guru
untukmengelolainformasisekolahdanjugadalammengambilkeputusan.DenganadanyaE-
Learning inidapatmembantu proses belajarmengajar agar lebih optimal.
Memudahkanpara guru untukdapatmendistribusikanmateripelajaranuntuksiswa di SMA
CANDRA NAYA
danjugasiswadapatdenganmudahmendapatmateripelajaran.SimpulanWebsiteE-Learning
inidapatdijadikan media diskusitambahanuntukmembahasmateripelajaran yang
belumtuntassertadapatmengerjakansoal-
soalujianberupapilihangandadanmengumpulkantugas-tugas yang di berikanoleh guru.

1. Pendahuluan
Dewasainiteknologiinformasidankomunikasiberkembangdengancepatseiringnyaz
aman yang semakinmaju di era
globalisasiini.Pesatnyaperkembanganilmupengetahuandanteknologisemakinmemudahka
nhidupmanusia di dalamberbagaibidang.Tuntutanglobal
akankemudahanmendapatkaninformasimenyebabkan media
elektroniksebagaisumberdayainformasi yang serbacepat.

Internet merupakan media informasi yang seringdigunakansaatini.Hal
inidisebabkanolehperkembanganzaman yang
menjadikaninternetsebagaikebutuhanuntukmeminimalisirwaktu,
tempatdanbiayauntukmendapatkaninformasisecaracepatdantepat.Internetsaatinidigunaka
n di berbagaibidang, tidakhanya di bidangbisnisnamunteknologiinternetjugaditerapkan
di duniapendidikan.
E-learningmerupakansalahsatumetodepembelajaran yang
menggabungkanantarateknologikomunikasidaninformasi.DenganadanyaE-
learningkegiatanbelajartidakterbatas di sekolahsajanamundapatdilakukan di rumahatau
di tempatlainasalkanterhubungdengan media internet.
SMA CandraNayamerupakansebuahsekolah yang
saatinisedangmencobamelakukanperubahancarabelajarmengajar yang
semulasecaramanualmenjadisistempembelajaranonlineyang terstruktur.
Untukitumelaluiskripsiinimencobamenganalisadanmerancangsistemuntukmendukungke
giatanbelajarmengajar di SMA CandraNaya.
2. Metodologi
Agar pembahasantopikskripsiiniterfokusdanterarahpadatujuan yang harapkan,
makapadapenulisaniniakanmembahashal-halberikut:

2.1 MetodeAnalisis
- Teknikpengumpulan data yang
digunakanadalahmetodeobservasidimanamelakukanpengamatanlangsungtentan
galurpembelajaran yang sedangberlangsung di SMA CandraNaya.
Denganobservasimakadapatdiperoleh data pendahuluan yang
mungkindapatdigunakanuntukmemudahkandalammerancangdanmengimplemnt
asikanwebsiteini.
- MetodePerpustakaan, yaitudenganmembacabuku-buku yang
sekiranyadiperlukansebagaidasarteoridalamlaporanpenelitianini,
dandenganmenggunakaninformasidariinternetuntukbelajarlebihjauhlagidaripen
galaman orang yang telah di dokumentasikan
2.2 MetodePerancangan

- Membuatrancanganwebsite e-learning yang
akandiimplementasikandenganmenggunakansoftware engineeringtools yang
digunakansepertiState Transitition Diagram, Entity Relationship
Diagramdanperancanganlayar.
- Mengimplementasikanhasilrancanganwebsite terhadapsekolah.
- Melakukanevaluasiterhadapwebsitetersebut
- Mengevaluasihasilrancangandanpercobaan.
2.3 Implementasi
tentanginstalasiiniSoftware yang digunakandalamaplikasiiniadalah MySQL,
Java SE development Kit (JDK) dan Apache Tomcat
Berikutiniadalahlangkah-langkahinstalasiaplikasiserver yang harusdilakukan
:
a. Instalasi JDK
JDK yang digunakanadalahversi 6,

1. Informasi yang disajikandalamwebsite lengkap.

diperbaruidapatdengancepatdisampaikankepadapengguna.
3. Responaplikasidalammenampilkaninformasiatasaksi yang
dilakukanusercukupcepat.

5. Tampilanaplikasiwebsite yang konsisten, atraktif, daninteraktif.
• Kekurangan
1. Kecepatan menampilkan informasi tergantung dari kecepatan internet.
2. Diperlukan tambahan fitur foto pribadi pada setiap user.
3. Penambahan fitur streaming untuk listening.
Dari hasilanalisis, perancangan, sertaevaluasiterhadapaplikasie-
learningberbasisweb di SMA CandraNaya,
makadidapatkanbeberapakesimpulansebagaiberikut:
1. Waktu yang kurangmembuatmateripelajaran yang disampaikanoleh guru
tidakmencapai target danmembuatsiswakurangmemahamipelajaran yang
ingindisampaikan. Berdasarkanhaltersebutdisediakanfasilitasbagi guru
untukmemasukkanmateri-materitambahandanjugasoal-soaltugas,
sehinggasiswadapatlebihmudahmengertimengenaipelajaran yang
disampaikan.
2. Fitur-fitur yang adatelahberjalandenganbaiksertamudahdigunakansehingga
user mudahdalampengoperasiannya.
3. Fitur-fiturutamasepertipemberianmateri, pemberiantugas,
pemberiannilaidan forum
diskusisangatbermanfaatbagipenggunadanmenunjang proses pembelajaran.

4. Denganadanyaaplikasie-learning diharapkan proses
belajarmengajardapatberlangsungtidakhanya di
dalamkelassehinggakualitassiswadan guru serta proses
belajarmengajarmenjadilebihbaik.
Dimanaaplikasiinihanyasebagaifasilitaspendukungsistempembelajaran di
SMA CandraNayatidakmenggantikan poses belajar yang selamainiada di
dalamkelas.

Abstrack
The purpose of this study is to analyze and design the application of web-based E-
Learning. E-Learning can help teachers to distribute their materials without having to be
in class by using the internet, it can maximize classroom learning time is limited. The
research method used in the writing of this thesis is a method of analysis and design
methods. The method of analysis used in this research include literature by studying the
guide books as the foundation of the theory, analysis of observations on the discovery
that the system is running and a questionnaire with topics that will be taken. Method of
designing applications include the manufacture of ERD, STD, and screen design. Result
in the creation of an E-Learning application that can be used to support and facilitate

teaching and learning activities of students and teachers to manage school information
and also in making decisions. With the E-Learning can help the learning process to be
more optimal. Make it easy for teachers to be able to distribute course material to
students in high school Candra Naya, and also students can easily get the subject matter.
Conclusion E-Learning Website can be used as an additional discussion of media to
discuss the subject matter is not yet complete and can do the exam questions are multiple
choice form and collect the tasks given by the teacher.

1.Preliminary
Today information and communication technologies develop rapidly of
increasingly advanced in this globalization era. The rapid development of science and
technology increasingly facilitates the human life in the various fields. Global demand
will easily get the information led to the electronic media as a source of information
superhighway.
Internet is a medium of information that is often used today. This is caused by
the times that make the Internet as the need to minimize the time, place and cost to
obtain information quickly and accurately. Internet is currently used in many fields, not
only in business but Internet technology is also applied in education.E-learning is a
teaching method that combines information and communication technology.

With the E-learning and learning activities are not confined to schools alone but
can be done at home or elsewhere as long as it is connected to the internet media.
SMA Candra Naya is a school that is currently trying to change the way teaching and
learning which was originally manually into a structured online learning system. For that
through this essay tries to analyze and design systems to support teaching and learning
activities in high school Candra Naya.
2. Methodology
In order for the discussion of the topic of this thesis focus and direction on a hoped for
goal, so in this paper will discuss the following matters:
- Things that are discussed in of the e-learning website is:
1. School profile
2. Annoucement
3. Student data
4. Data teachers
5. Schedule a lesson
6. The material in each lesson
7. Value
8. Data year
- User who can access this application are : Teachers, students and admin.

2.1 Method of Analysis
- Data collection techniques used were observational methods which make direct
observations about the flow of ongoing learning in high school Candra Naya. By
observation it can be obtained preliminary data that may be used to facilitate the
design and mengimplemntasikan this website.
- The library method, ie by reading the books if requested as a basic theory in
this research report, and by using information from the Internet to learn more
from the experience of people who have documented
2.2 Design Methods
- Create a website design e-learning will be implemented using software
engineering tools that are used as Transitition State Diagram, Entity
Relationship Diagrams and screen design.
- Implement the plan to the school website.
- Conduct evaluations of the website
- Evaluate the design and experimental results

2.3 Implementation
The installation of the software used in this application is MySQL, Java SE
Development Kit (JDK) and Apache Tomcat The following are the steps to install the
application server must be done:
a. Installing a JDK
JDK is version 6, can be obtained through the site http://java.sun.com.
b. Installation of Apache Tomcat
Apache Tomcat version used is 5.5.20 http://tomcat.apache.org/ could be through the
site. To use java apache tomcat should install first. Apache Tomcat is used to launch
applications or websites based on Java Servlet and Java Server Page (JSP).
c. MySQL Installation
MySQL is used is essential mysql version 5.0.15 can be obtained through the site
http://mysql.com/downloads/.
d. MySQL Connector configuration
MySQL connector used is version 3.0.9 can be obtained through the site
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/j/

2.4 Evaluation
Each system has advantages and disadvantages are built, the following strengths
and weaknesses of e-learning applications this website:
• Excess
1. The information presented in a complete website.
2. The updated information can be quickly delivered to the user.
3. Response in the application display information on user actions performed fairly
quickly.
4. A simple navigation system, making it easier for users in the access.
5. View the application site is consistent, attractive, and interactive.
• Lack of
1. Speed display information depending on the speed of the internet.
2. Additional features required on each user's personal photos.
3. The addition of streaming feature for listening.
3. Conclusion
From the analysis, design, and evaluation of the application of web-based e-learning in
high school Candra Naya, then get some conclusions as follows:
1. Less time to make the subject matter presented by the teacher did not
reach the target and make the students do not understand the lesson to be

conveyed. Based on the available facilities for teachers to include
additional material as well as matters of duty, so that students can more
easily understand the lessons being delivered.
2. Features that have been going well and easy to use so the user easy to
operate.
3. Major features such as the provision of materials, administration duties,
providing value and very useful discussion forum for users and support
the learning process.
4. With the application of e-learning teaching and learning process can be
expected to take place not only in the classroom so that students and
teachers as well as the quality of teaching and learning processes for the
better. Where the application is only as a learning support facilities in the
school system does not replace the Candra Naya poses that have been
learned in the classroom.
