Welcome to Bloomfield House Hotel, Leisure Club and Spa - This delightful hotel is surrounded by
magnificent parkland nestling on Lough Ennell shores and combines traditional décor and fine furnishings
with the most modern of facilities.
Your Wedding guests can choose to stay overnight at special rates including Full Irish Breakfast, use of
the Leisure Club and Thermal Facilities. There is plenty for guests to enjoy such as the Stirrup & Reel
Bar, Charles Brinsley Restaurant, an impressive Leisure Club with a 20 meter deck level pool, Jacuzzi,
Sauna, Steam Room, Air Conditioned Gym with discounts on treatments at Bloomfield Spa and Laser
Clinic. A free Kids Club runs every weekend and throughout the holidays.
Your guests are welcome to avail of our excellent 2 or 3 night packages to fully enjoy the facilities at
Bloomfield House Hotel, Leisure Club and Spa.
Your Bridal Suite
The Hotel’s bridal suite, which is complimentary to all wedding couples, offers a rich, velvet-clad
four-poster bed, spacious open plan living area, twin sinks, separate shower and bath, robes, slippers,
luxury toiletries and unsurpassed views over Lough Ennell, the magnificent parkland and surrounding
countryside.
Our Banqueting Suites
The Hotel is home to 3 Banqueting Suites. These beautifully appointed suites are elegantly & tastefully
decorated & provide a backdrop of luxury & warmth. Chair covers, gold sashes, flowers and centre
pieces complete that opulent look for your special day. Mood lighting, audio visual equipment & air
conditioning are also available to help in creating the perfect ambiance.
For the more intimate wedding party, The Lynnbury Suite can seat up to 48 people in a banquet style
arrangement. This suite benefits from natural light, stained glass windows, chandelier and boasts large
bay windows with stunning views of the hotel grounds and Lough Ennell.
We can offer you our Ennell Suite, which can seat comfortably up to 140 people. This suite benefits
from natural light and is fully air-conditioned. This Suite offers a choice of room layouts to suit your
requirements. The Ennell also boasts it’s own function bar & dance floor in the room.
The Belvedere Suite, our Ballroom, refurbished to the highest standards, has played host to many
special occasions. Seating up to 380 people in a banquet style set up, this room benefits from a large
dance floor, chandeliers, a raised area for your top table, function bar, & its own private smoking patio.

Wedding Deposit Terms & Conditions
Provisional bookings can be held for 7 days, thereafter it is at managements discretion to release the date if no deposit is
received. Deposit: When you hold your reception at Bloomfield House Hotel a non-refundable deposit of €1000.00 will be
required to confirm your booking. Payment of this deposit indicates acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions. A further
€1500.00 deposit is required 3 months prior to the wedding. 75% of the Balance of your account based on final number is due
for payment 2 weeks prior to your wedding with the remaining balance to be paid in full on departure.
Final arrangements regarding menu choice, drinks etc. are to be given 4 weeks prior to the wedding, together with the expected
numbers of guests attending.
Please note our wedding package only applies to wedding receptions of 150 adults or more in the Belvedere Suite and 90
adults or more in the Ennell Suite and is based on a minimum price of €29.95 per person. Conditions may apply in
relation to numbers attending the Evening Reception. This can be discussed further with Management.
The final numbers of persons attending the wedding must be notified to us at least 48 hours prior to the wedding. This will be
the minimum number that you will be charged for, if that number exceeds the minimum numbers agreed in your package deal.
Otherwise you will be charged for the minimum numbers agreed in your package, as stated above.
Sample : Book the Ennell Suite for 90 person on the Package: 80 persons attend – Charged for the full 90
Book the Belvedere Suite for 150 person on the Package: 140 persons attend – Charged for the full 150
Menu prices may vary subject to seasonal availability of certain products and Government changes. All prices quoted are
subject to proportionate yearly increases according to rises in direct costs or operational costs, taxes or unforeseen
circumstances. Menu prices will be charged per menu prices on the year your wedding is held.
The Management of the Hotel chooses all Package Wines.
Should you decide on a choice menu for one course or throughout the meal, it should be noted that additional charges
would be incurred. To calculate the cost, select the choice with the higher cost as your base price and add €2.00 to this
price. We do not recommend more than two choices per course.
All entertainment must be approved by the Management of the Hotel and must finish 30 minutes after closing time. DJ’s and
Entertainers must provide their own equipment and accept responsibility for same.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges in addition to the forfeit of the deposit will be charged in full if the
wedding is cancelled within 12 weeks of the wedding date and 50% of the estimated final bill if cancelled within 6 months.
Cancellation charges will include all items booked.
Accounts are rendered for payment in full on the day after the wedding by Cash, Bank Draft or Cheque accompanied by a
valid cheque card.
The Hotel reserves the right to refund deposits in circumstances when a booking is made through a third party or under false
pretences. Prospective clients must always meet with a member of Management by appointment prior to acceptance of a deposit.
The Hotel may cancel the event in circumstances where the Hotel has reason to believe that the booking might prejudice the
reputation of the Hotel should any guest attending the event behave in any way considered to be detrimental, offensive or contrary
to normal expected behaviour. It is advisable to make an appointment for a show-around and to discuss dates.

Only food and beverages supplied by the Hotel may be consumed on the premises, unless prior permission has been given by the
Management of the Hotel.
Bloomfield House Hotel and Leisure Club reserves the right to accommodate two or more functions on the same day.
We will offer an allocation of bedrooms at a rate discounted from the Hotels rack rate for your guests who wish to stay at the
Hotel, subject to availability. All bedrooms booked by guests must be secured with a booking deposit or credit card. Check
in time is after 3pm and check out time is 12noon.
We recommend the evening buffet be served to a minimum of 75% of the total number of guests in attendance.
Bloomfield House Hotel does not offer Wedding Menu Tasting.
The organiser shall be responsible for any damage to fitting, furnishing, fire equipment, safety equipment, walls, floors and
carpets during the function.
The Bride & Groom shall also accept full responsibility for the behaviour of the guests they have invited to their function, and
agree all charges for disturbances caused by the behaviour of their guests thereby covering all costs incurred by the Hotel.
Bloomfield House Hotel does not take responsibility for gifts, cards, cakes etc. left in the hotel and does not take responsibility
for loss, damage or theft to property owned by clients or their guests.
Where choosing the “Gold Package”, the Drink of choice offered to your guest, does not include : Doubles or Premium Brands.
Where choosing the “Gold Package” Midweek, 33% Discount applies to the standard wedding package only + €20.00 upgrade
to Gold Package. Hence, Minimum spend on Gold Package = €50.00 per head.
Leisure Centre membership is strictly non transferable & cannot be exchanged for goods or free use of other Hotel facilities.
