We have invested substantial time and effort into the research and development 

of our Passively cooled Data Centre Racks & Classic Communication Rack series and 

their accessories. CRS racks have been customized to manage and protect universal IT 

infrastructure, with practical consideration given to permit interchangeable accessory 

combinations at the initial build stage, or at later stages when upgrades are required. 

Along with being Australian made to Australian 

and International manufacturing standards CRS 

racks and cabinets are hardy and robust, yet 

contemporary in design, bringing with them 

universal compatibility with servers, UPS Systems, 

Data storage, Back up devices environmental 

management and cable management systems. 

Through years of experience in the industry we 

understand the space, cooling, and efficiency 

issues inside your data centre, comms room or 

office, with this in mind our racks and cabinets are 

designed with maximum use and functionality in 

mind and through your feedback and our R&D, 

we have developed industry specific clip in, or 

‘tool-less’ features such as our cable management 

systems, PDU’s and shelving systems. 

We specialize in, and offer a comprehensive 

range of standard racks, including 19” racks 

and wall cabinets in various sizes, finishes and 

configurations. Each rack can be customized with 

a range of compatible accessories and options to 

produce individual solutions for each project, or 

custom designed to suit particular requirements

Along with our classic range of cabinets CRS 

also specialize in passively cooled Data centre 

cabinets. Our passively cooled cabinets maximize 

the flow of air through your cabinet space by 

eliminating hot air recycling through the cabinet 

and back through your active components. This 

is achieved through the design of the cabinet and 

its ability to funnel and deflect the hot air and hot 

spots generated by your active equipment back to 

your CRAC units. 

Used in conjuncture with CRS snap in blanking 

panels and our contaniment solutions (p 8, p 78), 

this solution is a cost effective and green way 

to increase the amount of cold air entering the 

cabinet without the use of supplemental or active 

cooling systems. 

These cabinets were developed and designed 

specifically with reduction in running costs in mind.

CRS 2 open frame patching racks provide the ideal solution 

for a low cost and practical means of mounting equipment 

in an IT environment. Purposefully designed with integration 

in mind, the CRS open frame patching racks ensure ease of 

access from both the front and rear of the rack. Combined 

with CRS cable managers, a power solution and cable 

access spool ways the rack provides the ideal distribution 

point for all your patching and distribution needs. 

The racks can be supplied in flat pack form or be delivered 

assembled and ready to go. 

Combined with a cable management solution and end 

panels the racks seamlessly bay together allowing for

Built around universal 19” standards, guaranteeing ease of use 

and compatibility with our extensive product range, CRS has a 

suite of wall cabinets available that can be placed under a desk 

or mounted to the wall. All wall cabinets can be fixed directly 

to a wall or be mounted on a rear swing frame, making them 

extremely handy in confined spaces and allowing easy access 

to the rear of the cabinet.

RapidNet, the world’s leading pre-terminated 

cabling system from HellermannTyton provides the 

perfect solution for data centre installations of any 

size. Available in both fibre and copper, adopting 

a RapidNet installation for your data centre can 

reduce installation time by up to 95% and therefore 

you can bring your clients on-line that much quicker. 

Because RapidNet is factory pre-terminated and 

pre-tested, there is minimal engineering work 

required once the product arrives on site. The 

RapidNet concept is based on an innovative and 

fully patented cassette that hosts the pre-terminated 

fibre or copper connections. The Fibre cassette can 

offer up to 24 ports with the LC high density option 

or up to 12 RJ45 connections in copper. 

The cassettes simply plug into the RapidNet 19” 

panel that hosts 4 cassettes providing the 24 or 48 

ports per U in copper or up to 96 ports in the LC 

fibre version. HellermannTyton also offer a 4-way 

cassette, where 6 cassettes occupy a panel and is 

the ideal solution for workstation applications. 

In the data centre environment the most common 

application is cabinet to cabinet and cabinet to 

patching field. This is where RapidNet occupies 

a unique position and is in a league of its own. By 

utilising the cassette to cassette version, with the 

cabled loom cut to a specified length, the cassette 

is simply inserted into each cabinet or rack mounted 

patch panel in a simple and easy action. The cable 

that runs between the cassettes is either placed 

in the under floor or ceiling voids or in overhead 

basket trays depending on your environment. 

In comparison to terminating in the traditional 

manner, time savings of up to 75% -95% are 

realistic and globally proven.

The Eaton 5110 UPS uses Automatic Voltage 

Regulation (AVR) to smooth out wide fluctuations 

in input voltage. The Eaton 5110 UPS accepts this 

inconsistent voltage and delivers clean, consistent 

output for protected equipment. AVR enables you 

to work through even the most frequent brownouts 

and power sags. 

Unlike typical line-interactive systems, the 5110 

UPS does not switch back and forth to battery 

power to accomplish this voltage regulation - 

which would shorten battery life and increase 

battery replacement costs. As a result, battery 

power is conserved for when you really need it.

power protection. The 9130 is constantly 

monitoring power conditions—regulating both

depend on batteries to smooth out minor power

power protection. The 9130 is constantly 

monitoring power conditions—regulating both

voltage range, the 9130 does not depend on 

batteries to smooth out minor power fluctuations. 

Batteries are conserved for those times when utility

Eaton BladeUPS is the first product on the 

market to offer a “Online , Double Conversion 

On Demand” power technology. This innovative 

design takes into consideration the design 

capabilities of the actual computer power supplies 

in such a manner that the UPS furthers that 

capability in order to provide an extremely efficient 

and robust protection solution without generating 

additional heat. 

The BladeUPS is a rack-mounted three-phase 

input and three-phase output uninterruptible 

power system. Each 12kW module can be 

paralleled to achieve a maximum 60 kW N+1 

system. Paralleling can be accomplished for either 

redundancy or capacity purposes. Each 12 kW 

module is identical and can be converted from a 

single stand alone UPS to a system capable of 

being paralleled by simply changing the power 

cord. The BladeUPS is designed for computer data 

centre installations. 

Paralleling of the BladeUPS modules takes place 

in the BladeUPS bar, which is mounted separately 

in the rear of the IT rack. This bar provides the 

required input and output power connections

ViewUPS-X remote display is an LCD panel that
