unshored trenches are allowed slope as
specified shall be given.
Providing and laying dry rubble stone
packing 230 mm thick hand set in regular
lines, interstices being filled in with small
pieces of stones, throughly rammed,
consolidated and watered complete as
directed and specified.

6 Uncoursed rubble stone masonry in
superstructure in basalt stone of varying
shades, medium dressed, in 1:5 cement
mortar with through bond stones,
headers, quoins etc. All stones to be
dressed rectangular on face having not less
than 1:3 proportion in respect of height to
length in elevation, minimum height being
75mm; including special features of joints
such as sunk cement pointing not
exceeding 20 mm in thickness, as per
design externally and on exposed faces.
The face of the work shall be finally
cleaned using wire brush and washed
with water and diluted solution of
muriatic acid etc complete.
7 Block coping in cement concrete 1:2:4 to
plinth, terrace parapet and compound wall
etc., plain or chamfered without finish as
per detailed drawings, complete as directed
and specified.

• If successful tenderer is a body corporate (Pvt. Ltd. or Ltd. firm) above service
tax @ 7.416% shall be paid by the party to Indian Govt. And party has to claim it
separately in bills.

Part III-Price Bid
• If successful tenderer is an individual, HUF, partnership firm, AOP. The party has
to pay 50% of 7.416% (i.e. 3.708%) to Indian Govt. and same shall be claimed in
bills from RCF. Balance 50% shall be paid by RCFL to Indian Govt. directly.
