1. Proposed Ordinance authored by Hon. Joaquin F. Perez, Jr., entitled:
“AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL STANDARDIZED SAFETY CRASH HELMETS TO BEAR
AN OFFICIAL WEATHERPROOF COLOR-CODED LUMINOUS STICKER WITH
CORRESPONDING MOTORCYCLE’S LICENSE PLATES BOLDLY PRINTED AT THE BACK
OF THE HELMETS”;
2. Resolution No. 2011-03 of the Naga City Health Board,
entitled:”RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD
TO ENACT LEGISLATION REQUIRING TRANSPORT & TRAFFIC VIOLATORS TO
UNDERGO A ROAD TRAFFIC SAFETY SEMINAR AT THE NAGA CITY POLICE OFFICE
AND TO PAY A FEE OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY Php.150.00 PESOS FOR THE
ISSUANCE OF THE NECESSARY ROAD TRAFFIC SAFETY CERTIFICATE”

marginal note of the City Mayor John G. Bongat to consideration;

4. 1 st Indorsement dated December 14, 2011 from his Honor, the City Mayor,
endorsing the letter from all residents and driver/operators of
tricycle of Barangay Balatas, Cararayan and Villa Obiedo Subdivision,
RE: requesting a special franchise of Villa Obiedo Subdivision to SM
City and Puregold via Barangay Balatas, Bgy. Tinago vice versa;
5. 1 st Indorsement dated December 2, 2011 from His Honor, the City Mayor,
endorsing the letter of Ms. Emelita O. Menes, Ph.D., President,
KOLPING, Family St., St. jude Thaddeus Parish, applying for a franchise
operator of 10 units padyak in the name of Raul delos Reyes, The
General Manager of KOLPING Family;
6. 1 st Indorsement dated December 13, 2011 from His Honor, the City Mayor,
endorsing the letter of Ms. Guada C. Espinas, Corporate Affairs
Manager, relative to the operation of LCC Transport Terminal;
7. 1 st Indorsement dated December 13, 2011 from His Honor, the City Mayor,
endorsing the letter from the Transport Sector, Business Sector &
riding public, requesting to transfer back the four(4) Southbound
routes namely: Milaor, Minalabac, San Fernando and Gainza to their
original terminal at Barangay Tabuco;
8. 1 st Indorsement dated December 14, 2011 from His Honor, the City Mayor,
endorsing the letter of Atty. Christine C. Ona, Head, Legal services
Department, to take note of TV5’s request for notice in hearings,
either designating Atty. Nicolas F. Bondoc and Atty. Nyorlito P. Galvan
as its representatives;
