The ASG Variocolor application system is based on the famous Original<br />
<strong>Zimmer</strong> Magnet System Plus and combines all advantages of the Magnet<br />
System with the traditional blade squeegee system (like perfectly even color<br />
application, 100 % reproducibility and easy electronic magnet power<br />
adjustment).<br />
The IPS Intermitting Print System is electronically<br />
controlled. All screens are lifted and lowered<br />
individually during the printing process at a printing<br />
speed of up to 25 m/min. Maximum repeat accuracy<br />
is guaranteed.<br />
Any repeat size can be printed independently of the<br />
mounted screen sizes. Center prints and double<br />
repeat sizes for the booming fashion and home textile<br />
prints are available.<br />
RG-S1-ASG<br />
RG-S1-ECO modular squeegee construction enables individual exchange<br />
of parts like color pipe, main body, magnet holding ledge and side limiters<br />
(all components bolted, not glued). Ultra light and versatile.<br />
The color feeding pipe is available in aluminum, stainless steel or CFK carbon<br />
fibre. Each type can be exchanged with the others.
The BVS micro-channel system for the color<br />
distribution inside the color pipe type RG-S2<br />
minimizes the amount of color. Especially for<br />
short print runs this can be an important economic<br />
feature. The distribution of the color inside the<br />
screen is perfectly even with any paste viscosity.<br />

The PWS Print & Wash System. All screens and squeegees are washed<br />
in the machine in minimum time with minimum water consumption.<br />
The color inside the screen and inside the squeegee type RG-S2-PWS<br />
is first sucked out and then circulation water and fresh water<br />
