We are pleased <strong>to</strong> invite you <strong>to</strong> the Japan Day <strong>2007</strong> – a Japanese-Swiss get-<strong>to</strong>gether organised by<br />

the City of Uster, the Japanese School Zurich in Uster, the Business Development of Uster, and the<br />

Economic Development of the Can<strong>to</strong>n of Zurich.<br />

The Can<strong>to</strong>n of Zurich and the City of Uster would like <strong>to</strong> take the opportunity <strong>to</strong> show their<br />

appreciation <strong>to</strong> the Japanese community in the Zurich area. This gathering is an opportunity <strong>to</strong><br />

foster and strengthen friendly relationships between the two nationalities.<br />

The speeches of the Japan Day <strong>2007</strong> will focus on the significance of education, culture, and<br />

tradition for the development and competitiveness of Japan and Switzerland respectively. It will<br />

be attended by prominent guests and features cultural presentations as well as culinary<br />

specialities.<br />
