Effective September 30, 2012
Air Waybill Amendment Fee (CCA)
$25.00 charged on any changes to the air waybill
(including rate, surcharge, volume, weight, destination,
consignee, or commodity).
Air Waybill Preparation Fee
$25.00 per consignment (inclusive of shipper’s
export declaration if required).
Bank Hold Fee (for Bank Releases)
$55.00 per consignment.
BIP Charges
Products of animal origin with a transit time of 12
hours or more in the UK are subject to a veterinary
check and Border Inspection Post (BIP) Charges.

Certified Manifest/Air Waybill Fee
$20.00 per manifest/air waybill.
Charges Collect Fee
Minimum of $20.00 -- or – 5% of the weight and
valuation charge, whichever is greater
Dangerous Goods Fee
$65.00 per UN number/ $25.00 per ID.
Disbursement Charges
$32.50 minimum charge per air waybill - or - 10% of
the disbursement amount, whichever is greater.
The same charge will be assessed for the collection
of advance charges from the consignee for services
performed prior to air transportation except for:
• Disbursement amounts less than $50.00 in
which case an $8.00 charge will be assessed.

Disbursements Continued
• Air freight charges are less than $100.00 in
which case disbursement amounts up to
$100.00 are permitted. This over-rides the
general rule of the disbursement amount not
exceeding the air freight charge.
Exceptional Handling Charge
Security Charge fee: $0.15 per kilo based on actual
weight with no minimum.
ICS Charges
$1.50 – all MAWB & HAWB submitted to IAG Cargo
by EDI.
$10.00 – all MAWB & HAWB data that must be
manually input by IAG Cargo.
NIL – approved customers applying direct
transmission.
Consolidations – no charge on MAWB only for the
HAWBs
Import Terminal Service Charge
Flat $50.00
Please check with your local office, as there may be
regional differences.

Live Animal Special Handling Fee
For an animal in transit beyond the UK-
Minimum freight charge of $350.00 per consignment
Export Handling Fee of $55.00 per consignment.
Air waybill Preparation Fee of $25.00
LHR/LGW ARC Transit Fee of $250.00 per
consignment collected upon departure from Canada.
For an animal en-route to quarantine in the UK-
Minimum freight charge of $350.00 per consignment
Export Handling Fee of $55.00 per consignment.
Air waybill Preparation Fee of $25.00
LHR/LGW ARC Terminating Fee of $250.00 per
consignment, collected by consignee upon arrival in
UK.
Vet Check Fee checked at origin.
Monday-Friday arrival - $40.00 for first pet / $15.00
for each subsequent animal travelling on same AWB
to be paid by consignee upon arrival in UK.
Weekend or Holiday arrival - $80.00 for first pet /
$15.00 for each subsequent animal on same AWB to
be paid by consignee upon arrival in UK.
Dangerous Zoo Animals- $40.00 per AWB.
NAVCAN
$0.07 per kilo based on chargeable weight with $5.00
minimum.
Pets With Passports Fee
Applies to domestic cats & dogs/ UK terminating
only/Not available into other UK destinations.
PTS charge of CAD575.00 LHR / LGW is inclusive of
Export (including the $25 preparation fee) and Import
fees. Each additional animal traveling from the same
household on the same AWB is charged CAD75.00
LHR / CAD150.00 LGW.
Post Entry Fee
$20.00 per post entry plus $25.00 for the first piece
plus $5.00 for each additional piece.
Unit Load Device Handling Charges
(Breakdown and/or recontouring)
IATA Type 8 (eg: AKE) $75.00
IATA Type 6 (eg.: PLA, AQF) $150.00
IATA Type 5 (eg: PAG, PMC) $250.00
IATA Type 2 (eg: MD PMC) $300.00
Valuables (VAL) Security Handling Fee
Imports & Exports $55.00. There is an additional fee
of $150.00 if transferring between LHR/LGW.
Storage Charges
Charges may be applied to import freight and vary by
location. Check with your local station for a list of
charges.
Terms & Conditions
All charges should be applied in CAD.
Other charges may be applied to reflect fees paid to
governments, airports or other bodies of authority,
e.g. NAVCAN. These other charges are applied to
the chargeable weight of a consignment.
Any incidental charges incurred by British Airways,
Iberia, or IAG Cargo on a consignment may be
assessed against the agent and/or consignee.
