Auditor’s Opinion<br />
Our audit led to no objections. In our opinion <strong>and</strong> on the basis of the knowledge gained<br />
in the audit, the consolidated financial statements comply with the statutory requirements<br />
<strong>and</strong> present fairly, in all material respects, the actual assets <strong>and</strong> financial<br />
position of the Group as of 31 March 2008 <strong>and</strong> the results of its operations <strong>and</strong> its<br />
cash flows for the business year lasting from 1 April 2007 to 31 March 2008 in conformity<br />
with the International <strong>Financial</strong> <strong>Report</strong>ing St<strong>and</strong>ards (IFRS) as they are to be applied<br />
in the EU.<br />
<strong>Report</strong> on the <strong><strong>Co</strong>nsolidated</strong> <strong>Management</strong> <strong>Report</strong><br />
The management report on the group is to be audited in accordance with valid Austrian<br />
laws <strong>and</strong> regulations to obtain assurance that it is consistent with the consolidated<br />
financial statements <strong>and</strong> does not misrepresent the Group’s situation. In our opinion,<br />
the management report on the group is consistent with the consolidated financial<br />
statements.<br />
