Foamed doors are suitable for industrial halls, com-
mercial buildings, fire brigade depots, workshops,
indoor car parks, etc.

Structure The individual door wings consist of an
inserted, galvanised steel frame bonded on both sides
to a coil-coated steel plate. With an injection of

CFC-free polyurethane rigid foam a stabile monolithically-
bonded door wing construction is obtained.

Door opening Foam filled folding doors can be installed in any arrangement, i.e., with one or two wings. In addition, the
opening of the door can be to the left or the right.
Installation Folding doors can be installed in a number
of ways: External to the building, internal to the building or
between the door portal. The belt rollers and hinges
lie directly above the rubber profile and are thereby hardly
visible. This has the positive effect that the door and the
façade form a complimentary unit. Due to their low weight,
folding doors are particularly easy to move.

Control The Batronic microprocess controller can be
individually configured for every application. Please refer to
the technical data sheet for details.
Dimensions Individually manufactured doors can be
made to measure any door height up to 4.50 m. Contact
Bator or revert to the technical data sheet.
Safety All doors fulfil the current EN standards.

Surface finish In the standard model, the door is
coated on both sides in RAL 9002. As an option, any RAL
colour can be selected allowing the interior and exterior
to be different in colour.
Fittings A selection of door hardware such as handles,
locks, etc. is available. Please refer to the enclosed door
hardware list.
