SHOPPING OUTSIDE THE EU:<br />
KNOW YOUR LIMITS!*<br />
When returning to the UK from destinations outside<br />
of the EU, or from EU territories where VAT and<br />
EU excise regulations do not apply such as Tenerife<br />
in the Canary Islands, you may bring the following<br />
amounts of alcohol and tobacco with you:<br />
• 200 cigarettes, or 100 cigarillos,<br />
or 50 cigars, or 250 grams of tobacco<br />
• 1 litre of spirits or strong liqueurs over 22%<br />
volume, or 2 litres of sparkling wine, fortifi ed wine<br />
(such as port or sherry) or other liqueurs<br />
• 2 litres of still wine<br />

customs allowances prior to departure. People under 17<br />
years of age are not allowed to bring alcohol or tobacco<br />
into the UK.<br />
HOW TO BUY IN THE SKY<br />
You can pay for goods purchased onboard your<br />
Jet2.com fl ight in the following ways:<br />
CASH: UK sterling, euros (minimum 1 euro coin),<br />
Czech koruna (notes only), Swiss francs (notes<br />
only), Hungarian forint (minimum 500 forint note)<br />
and Polish zloty (minimum 10 zloty note) are<br />
accepted. All change will be given in sterling at the<br />
Jet2.com exchange rate – please ask a member of<br />
the cabin crew.<br />
DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS:<br />
Please note: we do not accept international<br />
Maestro cards.<br />
CHEQUES: Jet2.com no longer accepts<br />
personal cheques. Please check your change and<br />
purchases carefully while on board as errors<br />
cannot be rectifi ed later. This does not affect your<br />
statutory rights.<br />
