<strong>Program</strong> Director – Keri Clark, Ph.D., “Dr. Keri” develops, oversees, and evaluates the<br />
cottage treatment program. He is also member of the treatment team who works with you<br />
to develop individualized treatment programs to help you meet your goals. He can be<br />
reached at (253) 756-2989 or clarkkr@dshs.wa.gov. Dr. Keri firmly believes in the value<br />
of mutual respect and will do his best to make sure you are being treated as an equal.<br />
Psychiatrist – Dr. Jon Kuniyoshi, is a medical doctor. He is a member of the treatment<br />
team who will work with you to understand your problems and design a treatment plan to<br />
help you meet your goals. If you need any medications, “Dr. Jon” will review your<br />
medications, and work with you to find the most effective combination of medications.<br />
Each new youth has an interview with Dr. Jon and has a physical examination shortly after<br />
being admitted. Dr. Jon can be reached at (253) 756-2384 or (253) 954-6159. Dr. Jon is<br />
also a good person to talk to whenever you have troubles of any kind.<br />
Social Worker – Richard MacLeod, is the <strong>Orcas</strong> <strong>Cottage</strong> Social Worker. He is a member<br />
of the treatment team who will have regular individual meetings with you to discuss your<br />
treatment progress and discharge goals. Richard plays a key role in intake and discharge<br />
planning. He also works closely with families and communities to ensure that you remain<br />
connected with your communities. He can be reached at (253) 756-2379 or<br />
MacleRJ@dshs.wa.gov. Richard will work very hard to make sure you have a safe and<br />
healthy situation waiting for you after discharge. Richard will make sure you get to see<br />
your guardians whenever possible as we are committed to keeping you connected with the<br />
people you love and count on.<br />
<strong>Cottage</strong> Supervisor – Ed Harris, PCCC3, is the cottage supervisor. He coordinates<br />
staffing, and works with the <strong>Program</strong> Director to make sure that the cottage runs smoothly.<br />
He can be reached at (253) 756-2391 or harriet@dshs.wa.gov. Ed is the man who gets<br />
your allowance so he is a good guy to know! He is also the person you talk to when you<br />
feel something is unfair or you have concerns with one of the staff. Ed has been at CSTC<br />
for a long time and he can usually help you out of any situation if you are honest with him.<br />
Rebecca Allen PhD, ARNP, is the <strong>Orcas</strong> <strong>Cottage</strong> jack of all trades. She is a highly valued<br />
member of the treatment team who may be assigned as your primary therapist. She is also<br />
a person who may help you with medical concerns or come check on you if you have had a<br />
rough evening and been in the seclusion room. She works in the afternoon and evenings<br />

Rebecca” also runs the weekly DBT group for the cottage where you will get a chance to<br />
learn many of the most important skills we teach. Dr. Rebecca is an avid baseball fan too if<br />
you ever just want to talk baseball.<br />
