laptops wrongfully replaced

laptops to those denied

program.

amend its grievance claim;

• Awaiting IRS answer, due 7/21/10.
• 6/29/2010 – The IRS submitted a settlement offer;

• 3/15/10 – Briefs filed;
• Awaiting Arbitrator’s decision.
• 3/28/08 – Parties held grievance meeting;
grievance denied;
• Arbitration is scheduled for 9/21/10, pending the
Parties’ approval.
