If device doesn’t follow, usually benign<br />

Device perforation can be rapidly fatal<br />

Clinical signs are variable<br />

Treatment: reverse A/C, perfusion balloon,<br />

centesis, covered stents, coils, RH Cath,<br />

serial ECHOs
