WHY EXHIBIT AT PSTS? PSA events are ideal venues <strong>for</strong> your organization to ga<strong>the</strong>r sales leads, close deals and <strong>for</strong>m<br />

EXHIBITION SPACE: Display space available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The charge <strong>for</strong> each 8’x10’ display area is<br />

$1750 <strong>for</strong> PSA corporate members and $2000 <strong>for</strong> non-members. Please refer to <strong>the</strong> exhibit hall diagram <strong>for</strong> exact display<br />

locations. Each 8’x10’ display wll consist of an 8' drape background, a 3' high side divider and a 6' table with two chairs. (Please<br />

note: ceiling height in <strong>the</strong> display area is 11.5' from <strong>the</strong> floor). Exhibitors will also receive recognition in <strong>the</strong> onsite conference<br />

brochure, attendee's list and slide presentation shown at each break. More in<strong>for</strong>mation will be distributed once exhibitors are<br />

determined. NOTE: Attendee registration fees are not included in this fee. Exhibitors who plan to attend <strong>the</strong> symposium, and<br />

have a Secret clearance must pay full conference fees, exhibitors without a clearance will be required to pay $200 per person<br />

<strong>for</strong> meals (3-breakfasts, 3-lunches, morning and afternoon breaks and reception) <strong>for</strong> all three days.<br />
