<strong>Real</strong>-<strong>Time</strong> <strong>qPCR</strong> <strong>Kits</strong> <strong>with</strong> EVAGreen TM<br />

<strong>EvaGreen</strong> TM Fluorescent DNA Stain is a superior intercalator dye specially<br />

developed for real-time <strong>qPCR</strong> applications including high-resolution DNA<br />

melting curve analysis. <strong>EvaGreen</strong>TM is highly stable both thermally<br />

and hydrolytically, resulting in minimal quenching. Combined <strong>with</strong> its high<br />

quantum yield and low interference <strong>with</strong> PCR it is the ideal fluorophore<br />

for real-time PCR and a superior and convenient replacement for commonly<br />

used dyes such as SYBR ® Green I.<br />
