When working with <strong>TCP</strong>/<strong>IP</strong> for VM support personnel on problems associated with an active Problem<br />

Management Record (PMR), diagnostic information may be requested at times. In such cases, the<br />

support staff will work with you to determine how to provide the requested documentation. For reference,<br />

the addresses that can be used to submit various documentation formats are listed in this section.<br />

Note: The addresses that follow cannot be used as a problem reporting facility. All requests for problem<br />

assistance must be processed through the <strong>IBM</strong> Software Support Center, as described above.<br />

Documentation submitted to any of these addresses will be reviewed only if it is associated with an active<br />

PMR.<br />
