a. Vessel to submit completed Questionnaire '88 Version 3 (Industry Standard) to<br />

Marketing Department for review and acceptance. Vessels must be deemed<br />

fit for purpose and meet minimum standards of safe operations based on the<br />

guidelines of OCIMF Ship Inspection Report (SIRE). Irrespective of the vetting<br />

result, the terminal retains the right to reject nominated vessels if on arrival<br />

an actual inspection provides justifiable grounds to do so.<br />

ISSC (INTERNATIONAL SHIP SECURITY)<br />

e. a) Vessel's manifold to comply with the latest edition of OCIMF<br />

‘Recommendations for Oil Tanker Manifolds and Associated Equipment’.<br />

b) Vessel’s manifold to be fitted approximately mid ship.<br />

f. Vessel to have clean ballast. (THERE IS NO DIRTY BALLAST FACILITY<br />

AVAILABLE)<br />

g. Vessel must provide evidence of third party liability insurance upon request.<br />
