A completed “Ship Pre-arrival Information Form” must be provided to the Port Facility Security Officer at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival of the vessel. This information can be submitted by fax or email. b. Ship Pre-Arrival Forms can be sourced from the vessel’s agent or the Port Facility Security Officer. b. Vessels visiting the facility for the first time are also required to submit a copy of their I.S.S.C. e.
