support engineering.

3. Object of the order
The object of the order includes delivery of training services with the following specifications:
i. Training in the following topics: introduction to research and analyses according to
McKinsey&Company standards
ii. The training needs to meet the following conditions:
a. All training materials need to be prepared in English
b. The training needs to be conducted in English
c. The training should be based on real examples of analytical work typical for
McKinsey&Company
d. Training participants should learn about the standards of ownership rights observed at
McKinsey&Company
4. Order execution dates and method
September 6-10.
5. Compensation and terms of payment
Bank transfer payable within one month of invoice for the service.
6. Proposal evaluation criteria:
Compliance with requirements – 50%
Trainer experience in business analyses – 25%
Trainer experience in conducting training – 15%
English proficiency level -5%
Availability at the specified dates -5%
7. Proposal submission method and dates
Proposals should be send to McKinsey Knowledge Center Poland by September 2, 2010.
8. Proposal design
The offering parties are requested to prepare a training scenario and proposed examples to be
used in the training, and send trainers’ CVs. The proposal should be valid until September 3,
2010.
9. Proposal selection date and informing the offering parties

The ordering party will inform the offering parties about the selection by e-mail by September 3,
2010.
