13. RESOLVED THAT Section 1.10, which relates to revocation of permits
shall be amended to read as follows: "The Town of Cheektowaga Fire Inspector
may revoke a permit if any violation of this code is found upon inspection or
in case there has been any false statement or misrepresentation as to a material
fact in the application or plans on which the permit or approval was based.
