Please rate each of the following 44 items on a 1 - 6 scale based on both<br />

the general scoring directions and the directions for each individual item.<br />

Note that although the overall rating criterion for most of the items is<br />

the same (a frequency/clarity rating ranging from "not-at-all" to<br />

"extensively"), there is some deviation from this for several of the items.<br />

For example, item 5, (Th.'s communication style) is evaluated on its degree<br />

of interest {"dull" to "very interesting"), not on its frequency. <strong>The</strong><br />

coder can refer to the accompanying description of the items to review the<br />

rating criteria for each item. (As of 8/30/95)<br />
