Please rate each of the following 44 items on a 1 - 6 scale based on both
the general scoring directions and the directions for each individual item.
Note that although the overall rating criterion for most of the items is
the same (a frequency/clarity rating ranging from "not-at-all" to
"extensively"), there is some deviation from this for several of the items.
For example, item 5, (Th.'s communication style) is evaluated on its degree
of interest {"dull" to "very interesting"), not on its frequency. The
coder can refer to the accompanying description of the items to review the
rating criteria for each item. (As of 8/30/95)
