<strong>The</strong> above section concludes the discussion of methods and measurement<br />

apparatus used to address the primary goals of this study. <strong>The</strong> section that follows,<br />

reports the results of the hypotheses of this study.<br />

Results<br />

In order to test the hypotheses that BRT therapists will adhere to BRT<br />

interventions significantly more than CBT therapists (and vise versa), and utilize their<br />

prescribed treatment interventions significantly more than the proscribed interventions,<br />

an analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed, using the General Linear Model<br />

program in SPSS, Version 11.5. This ANOVA had two factors: a within-treatment factor<br />

and a between-treatment factor. <strong>The</strong> within-treatment factor had three levels<br />

corresponding to therapists' adherence to treatment type interventions (i.e., BRT, CBT, or<br />
