What began as a construction workshop for building
draglines for all the Mourik companies is now the
centre of outstanding technical innovation. The
construction department has extensive facilities for
activities ranging from the designing of complex
machines to the building of complete plants.
Machines are built here in the widest sense of
the word, including advanced dosing equipment,
separators and water purifi cation plants, but also
tanks, staircases, platforms, etc. There are also
facilities for the submerged arc welding of cylindrical
tanks with the aid of a welding robot. Mourik
Techniek is able to construct all the components and
elements itself.

The modern well-equipped workshop provides a
flexible 24-hour service for the maintenance of both
light and heavy machinery and equipment. Mourik
Techniek services a great variety of plant and
equipment, including diggers and cranes.

From providing maintenance and new construction
of Mourik’s own plant and equipment, the
workshops have grown into a unique service
provider for all kinds of companies; unique because
you can come to Mourik Techniek for both the
undercarriage and the bodywork of your vehicles.
This benefi ts the work fl ow so that you can quickly
have your equipment back at work again.
Mourik Techniek also builds technical installations
into or on trucks and trailers, such as cleaning
installations for refuse containers and a gasscrubbing
installations.

The carpenter’s workshop is primarily a supporting
service. Besides an air-conditioned storehouse for
sectional timber and sheet material, the workshop is
equipped with a wide range of machines, including a
vertical sawing machine and a thicknessing machine.

controls is built in Mourik’s own workshop,

and vacuum trucks. Advanced measuring equipment
for catalyst handling, PLC and PC controls are also

of Mourik Groot-Ammers, Mourik Techniek has
grown into an engineering company which is
capable of serving a very broad market. At our wellequipped
location in Groot-Ammers some eighty
professionals work daily on projects for affi liated
companies and external parties.
Although the focus of Mourik Techniek is on the
design, construction and maintenance of plant,
equipment and steel structures, our inventive
approach is not sector-bound.
Our specialization lies in the solving of technical
problems and the complete in-house execution
of the solutions. The combination of different
disciplines under one roof benefi ts the speed of

Planning engineering
For the development and design of machines and
equipment Mourik Techniek has an advanced
planning engineering section. Specialists in
the fi elds of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical
engineering and steel structures collaborate closely
in the development of advanced equipment. The
experience and know-how contributed by our
affi liated companies enables Mourik Techniek to
provide the best practically-oriented solutions for
complicated technical problems.
Every machine manufactured by Mourik Techniek
is provided with CE marking in conformity with
current regulations. The requisite accessories, such
as a technical construction fi le, a risk analysis, a risk
assessment and operating instructions, are of course
also prepared by Mourik in-house.
