RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TO RESORT
CAPE AGULHAS MUNICIPALITY
1. ADMISSION AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Admission from 12:00 on the day of arrival
The office closes at 21:00 on Fridays. Arrival to be before said time.
Departure time is at 10:00 on day of departure.
On normal weekends (not school holidays) departure is 15:00 on Sundays. Any person
staying later than 15:00 will be liable for an extra day’s payment.
2. RECEPTION
One person per chalet or campsite must report at reception to complete the visitors
Register and to obtain the vehicle permits and keys.
3. VEHICLES
Only one vehicle is permitted free of charge per chalet or campsite. A charge of R20.00
per vehicle per day is levied on additional vehicles.
4. CHALETS/CARAVANS/TENTS
The number of people (including children) allowed per chalet is limited to the number of
beds available (4, 5 or 6). A maximum of two extra persons are allowed per day at a cost
of R40.00 per person per day. For a caravan or tent sites a maximum of six (6) people are
allowed. Two extra people are allowed at a cost of R20.00 per person per day. If more
than eight (8) people occupy a site they will have to pay for an additional site.
5. ANIMALS/MOTORCYCLES/BOATS
No animals or motorcycles (2-wheel, 3-wheel or 4-wheel) as well as vehicles making loud
noises (some beach buggies, pipe cars, etc) will be permitted on the premises. Boats are
allowed and must be parked on the campsite.
6. NOISE
NO EXCESSIVE NOISE (music, etc.) will be allowed at any time. Noise must be restricted
to a minimum. All parties and music must stop at 23:00.
7. Only one caravan and two side tents forming part of the caravan and one car will be
allowed per site. Any additional car or boat must be parked on the site.
8. Solid groundsheets or tents with built in solid ground-sheets are not permissible.
9. The speed limit in the resort is 10k/h.
10. Should any person attempt to manipulate the electronic gate system to gain unauthorized
access to the park or lend his entry card to another person, such person will be asked to
leave the resort without refund.
11. All persons making use of the facilities at the resort do so at their own risk. The Council
accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to property whilst on the Premises.
12. All fees are payable in full in advance.
13. TERMINATION OF OCCUPANCY
Management reserves the right to terminate the occupancy of any resident without notice
for failing to comply with these rules or creating any nuisance. In this event no refund of
any money can be expected.
PLEASE LEAVE THE CHALET NEAT, CLEANED AN IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU
FOUND IT UPON YOUR ARRIVAL.
YOUR CO-OPERATION WILL BE APPRECIATED.

1. AANKOMS EN VERTREKTYE
U staanplek of chalet is vanaf 12:00 beskikbaar.
Die oord sluit om 21:00 op Vrydae en moet u dus voor 21:00 aanmeld.
Vertrektye is om 10:00 in seisoentyd en buite seisoen is vertrektyd 15:00 op Sondae.
Enige persoon wat later as 15:00 vertrek sal vir nog ‘n dag verblyf betaal.
2. ONTVANGS
Een persoon per chalet of kampeerplek moet by die ontvangs aanmeld om die
besoekersregister te voltooi en om die sleutels en voertuigpermitte te bekom.
3. VOERTUIE
Slegs een voertuig word gratis per chalet of kampeerplek toegelaat. Die fooi vir addisionele
voertuie is R20.00 per voertuig per dag.
4. CHALETS/KAMPEERPLEKKE
Die aantal persone (kinders ingesluit) toegelaat per chalet word beperk tot die aantal
beddens beskikbaar (4, 5 of 6). ‘n Maksimum van twee addisionele persone per chalet
word wel toegelaat teen ‘n koste van R40.00 per persoon per dag. Ses persone (kinders
ingesluit) word per kampeerplek toegelaat. Hoogstens twee addisionele persone per
staanplek word toegelaat teen R20.00 per dag. In geval van ‘n groep bestaande uit meer
as agt persone, moet ‘n addisionele kampeerplek gehuur word.
5. DIERE/MOTORFIETSE/BOTE
Geen diere, motorfietse (2 wiel, 3 wiel of 4 wiel) word toegelaat nie. Bote word slegs
toegelaat indien dit op die kampeerder se perseel geparkeer word.
6. GERAAS
GEEN GERAAS of harde musiek word toegelaat nie. Alle partytjies en harde musiek sal
om 23:00 staak.
7. Slegs een woonwa met hoogstens 2 tente sal toegelaat word.
Addisionele voertuie en bote moet op die kampeerder se perseel geparkeer word.
8. Die was van voertuie of bote in die oord is verbode.
9. Die spoedbeperking in die oord is 10km/uur.
10. Enige kampeerder wat poog om die elektroniese hekbeheerstelsel te manipuleer ten einde
toegang vir ongemagtigde persone te verkry of sy of haar elektroniese kaart uitleen sal
gevra word om die oord onmiddellik te verlaat.
11. Enige persoon wat die geriewe gebruik doen dit op eie risiko. Die Raad aanvaar geen
verantwoordelikheid vir enige verlies of skade aan eiendom van ‘n besoeker nie.
12. Alle fooie is vooruitbetaalbaar.
13. KANSELLASIE VAN VERBLYF
Die Bestuurder van die oord behou die reg om die verblyf van enige besoeker te kanselleer
indien ‘n oorlas veroorsaak word of enige van hierdie reëls oortree word en geen
terugbetaling van gelde geskied nie.
LOS ASSEBLIEF DIE CHALET NETJIES EN IN DIESELFDE TOESTAND WAARIN U DIT
GEVIND HET.
