CS2500<br />
<strong>DC</strong> tool controller<br />
The CS2500 is a control system especially developed for<br />
handheld <strong>tools</strong>. It connects a compact, modular body with<br />
most flexible opportunities of programming and analysis with<br />
simplest handling.<br />
It works with both electrical and pneumatic <strong>tools</strong> and is not<br />
set to any type or brand.<br />
- multi level fastening based on Torque/rotation angle respectively motor current/rotation angle<br />
- fastening process free programmable (until 99 instructions)<br />
- working of peripheral processes over free programmable E/A-level<br />
- up to 10 processes can be adjusted by keyboard component or E/A (expansible)<br />
- up to 20 set points (diagrams) are programmable<br />

Modular body<br />
The CS2500 assembles components which are used for all control systems of the CS2 series. All boards are in rack construction<br />
and pluggable and changeable.<br />
In addition the CS2500 can be easy enlarged with extra options like e.g.<br />

For interpretation the fastenings the CS2500 has a large memory and statistic functions.<br />

All units of the CS2 series allow extensive tests and the request of the current status, like e.g. The control of voltage and control of the perfect<br />
