CS2500
DC tool controller
The CS2500 is a control system especially developed for
handheld tools. It connects a compact, modular body with
most flexible opportunities of programming and analysis with
simplest handling.
It works with both electrical and pneumatic tools and is not
set to any type or brand.
- multi level fastening based on Torque/rotation angle respectively motor current/rotation angle
- fastening process free programmable (until 99 instructions)
- working of peripheral processes over free programmable E/A-level
- up to 10 processes can be adjusted by keyboard component or E/A (expansible)
- up to 20 set points (diagrams) are programmable
- regular self control and integrated test functions
- archiving of the last 200 results (expansible)
- statistic analysis
- redundant measuring circuit for the connection of a second readings recorder
- 2 RS252-ports (serial) can be set up to data exchange and/or the connection of a printer
Modular body
The CS2500 assembles components which are used for all control systems of the CS2 series. All boards are in rack construction
and pluggable and changeable.
In addition the CS2500 can be easy enlarged with extra options like e.g.
- cross linking
- Enlarging the memory
- Enlarging the E/A level
- The Use for other measurement systems

For interpretation the fastenings the CS2500 has a large memory and statistic functions.
Diagnostics
All units of the CS2 series allow extensive tests and the request of the current status, like e.g. The control of voltage and control of the perfect
operation of the keyboard and display.
