KILEWS INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. Was established in July 1984. The 

company began with USD$100,000 investment and six staff. We created 

the KILEWS as our trademark with the most professional techniques for 

making automatic electric screwdrivers to the world. 

1988: Our investment grew to USD$170,000 and we decided to expand international markets, especially for Asia 

region. 

1990: Due to massive demand in Korea market, KILEWS set up the electric screwdriver Assembling plant in 

INCHON KOREA. 

1992: With the approval of investment Commission, MOEA, the company invested USD$200,000 to TIANJIN 

TAIWEI INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO., LTD. For international trading and Northern China Customer 

Service Center of KILEWS. 

1994: KILEWS (CHINA) CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER was established in SHEN-ZHEN, KUAN CHOU of 

China and KILEWS (H.K.) TRADING COMPANY in December in Hong Kong. 

1995: KILEWS new factory and office building was set up which is located in Hsin-Chuang City, Tapei, Taiwan, 

R.O.C., the capital was increased to USD$350,000 at the same time with 46 staff through professional 

automatic equipment to sell our products to over the world. 

1996: KILEWS established two China offices—TUNG-GUAN OFFICE in April and Central China Customer & 

Service Center, Shanghai in October. 

1997: KILEWS MARKETING (S.E.A.) (SINGAPORE) was established to sell and provide service in South- 

Eastern Asia. 

1998: AC230V electric screwdriver has been approved the certification of CE from IST, UK, which allowed 

KILEWS formally entering into the European markets. In June, acquired „the Chinese chang cheng 

Certification“ to meet the demand of mainland China‘s widely market. In December, AC115V acquired UL 

Approval to strengthen the competition and satisfy the American market‘s demand. 

1999: In order to satisfy increasing demand of EUROPE and UNITED STATES markets, the total capital has 

added to USD$1 million and increased the offshore staff at about 200 

excluding 85 in Taiwan. 

2000: August, in order to expand the Chinese market, KILEWS 

increased the capital to USD$3 million and established KILEWS 

Electric Tools (Shanghai) Co., LTD. Shich manufacture electric 

screwdrivers for the needs of Chinese market. 

2000: September, KILEWS acquired CE, UL & CUL certification on DC 

type 32V series electric screwdriver and Power controller. 

2002: KILEWS Electric Tools (Shanghai) Co., LTD. Was approved as 

ISO9001 manufacturer in China. 

2003: January, KILEWS products passed and acquired the CCC 

certificates by China CQC. 

2005: KILEWS Electric Tools (VIETNAM) Co., LTD. Was set up in VIETNAM. 

2007: KILEWS new factory was set up in Taiwan and soon become one of the biggest suppliers of electric 

screwdriver in the world. 

2008: The Company held a grand opening of new plant in Taiwan for preparation of being a leading supplier of 

electric screwdrivers all over the world.

The alteration to Binder connecter is on the one hand a minor expense, but means on the other hand a huge easement for integration the 

screw driver into production line (analysis, control or automation). 

With this alteration – and our controllers - we can do different requests like user-friendliness, remote control, integration into automatically 

production process with analysis and documentation. 

With this alteration we can control the hole screw driver: from Start to alteration and clearing to Stop and operable, e.g. 

Automatically Left-hand motion, automatically Stop by time-control. 

The original functions are obtained – only the green LED does no longer work. 

Connection cables: 

The cables are pluggable and available in helix and in different dimensions.

-driver can be adjusted steplessly up to around 50% of the

start. It can be adjusted steplessly, too, to enable finding the first 

screw threads up to ca. 2.3 sec. Over the SPS-socket you can 

control the screw-driver-functions by remote control. 

The torque-stop is caused by the stopping clutch in the screw- 

driver.

This screw driver is controlled by a ProfiBus of a SPS.

feeler a count back is adjustable.

There are no panels except the DIP switch at the rear to adjust the DP module in BCD-Code for the addresses 0-99. 

Setting of the functions is done with the control panel of the SPS. Therefore you need only a SPS function block. At the moment it is available 

for the SIEMENS SPS 07. Please ask for other blocks. 

On the front the screw driver is connected. One LED indicates if the screw driver is locked or is operating or if a soft start is activated. 

With the Bus-Box you can install equipment which is to serve conclusively and unitarily. The connection of the screw driver can be placed at 

the most effective position because there is no need for regarding the control panel.
