The massage routine<br />

a) Above the eyes<br />

Make a fist, with the thumb bent at<br />

its middle joint.<br />

Use this joint to massage above<br />

the eyes, 30 times. The thumbs<br />

should follow the edge of the bone<br />

of the eye socket.<br />

b) Pinch and press between the eyes<br />

The pinching should be done<br />

with a vibrating movement,<br />

for about 50 times. Try and get the<br />

finger and thumb close in to the<br />

corner of the eyes.<br />

c) Massage Taiyang point<br />

Taiyang point is on the<br />

temples, just above the ridge<br />

that is the continuation of<br />

the cheek bone. Choose the<br />

point that is tender when<br />

pressed. Massage<br />

with the tips of the fingers for about 50 times. Try and<br />

massage the tenderness away.
