COMBIMATE XL FLANGES SuperSoft XL flange 57 mm Advance XL flange 100 mm The extra large COMBIMATE XL flanges are available in several versions and for different applications. COMBIMATE SuperSoft XL are designed specially to be used on extremely bulging skin areas, such as a serious parastomal hernia. If the flange is too rigid or too small, it is not easy to attach this securely onto such a spherical surface. The stoma opening can be cut to size and can be stretched for a good fit. The soft foam layer will never cut into the stoma, not even when the adhesive layer has melted down. COMBIMATE Advance XL flanges are reinforced with polyester fibres and specially designed to support the skin over a bulging hernia. See product information on page 15. All COMBIMATE SuperSoft XL flanges are compatible with ConvaTec Natura pouches (except 85 mm flanges). 17
