Day 1:
Before arriving at your hotel, we
suggest a visit to the oldest mountain
town in Slovakia, Banska Stiavnica.
Gold and silver used to be
mined here, and in 1993 the town
was included in the UNESCO World
Heritage list. You then arrive at
your hotel, your home for the next
4 nights.

Day 2:
Enjoy a relaxing breakfast before departing to discover the beauty
of the "Vysoke Tatry" (High Tatra) region. Travel with the cable car
to the Skalnate Pleso where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic
views before visiting the Belianska Jaskyna Caves. The caves are
classed as a Slovakian national monument. In the afternoon you
are free to relax at your hotel before enjoying a traditional evening
meal with music at a local restaurant.
Day 3:
In the morning travel to Kezmarok for a guided tour before continuing
on to the UNESCO town of Levoca, home to the highest
wooden altar in the world. Your day then takes you to the Spis
region for a visit to one of the largest castle sites in Central Europe
"Spis Castle". You then return to your hotel for your evening meal.
Day 4:
Today you are free to enjoy your surroundings.

Day 2:
After breakfast, travel on to Trencin where you will visit Slovakia’s
most well-known castle. Your day continues with a visit to the Tinker
Museum in Zilina. This is a cultural phenomenon in Slovakia and in
the museum you will discover more of the history of the Tinkers and
their work, as well as see some modern pieces by artists.
Day 3:
Today we recommend a visit of Kysuce and its museum. Your day
will be filled with traditional architecture and picturesque landscapes.
A highlight of your day will be a ride on the Kysuce forest
railway. This mountain railway is a technical monument and is not
only the only "Gwende" railway in Europe, but also one of only a few
in the whole world. At the end of the day take a raft trip along the
river Waag and enjoy your picnic evening meal with folk music.
Day 4:
Extend your stay, combine with another tour or depart home.
