Making a tussie mussie
A tussie mussie was a posy of flowers and herbs
carried by people in Medieval and Tudor times to
hide bad smells. They were also thought to protect
people from disease - particularly the plague.
Tussie mussies both look nice and smell nice.
Before you start
You will need
A variety of herbs and flowers
Some fine string
A length of ribbon
Step 1
Start with a sweet smelling flower of your choice.
Step 2
