market, which do not function outside

by the council’s demolition of the
prominent Arcade buildings without
securing development, followed by their
abject failure to secure any new use
for this site despite evident demand.
Instead we have an attractive but rather
pointless void which generates no
activity, employment, rates or Council
Tax income.

been refurbished in an attempt to
