Follow in Galileo’s footsteps and pay a visit to the
leaning Tower of Pisa, one of the most photographed
sights in the world. The 15th-century scientist conducted
gravity experiments from here, dropping stones off
the top of the tower. Nowadays, people climb to the
top to take in the views – you’ll get to look out over
the medieval and Renaissance architecture below.

restaurants and play spot-the-celebrity, while you

Barcelona - SPAIN
STRoll down the tree-lined boulevard of las
Ramblas – barcelona’s answer to Covent Garden.
Toss coins at the street performers, browse the shops
and boutiques, or grab a bite to eat in one of the
traditional tapas bars. las Ramblas is also home to El
Corte Ingles, Spain’s famous department store, where
you’ll find high street favourites like Mango and Zara.
Day 8 Saturday Arrive 06:00
Palma - MAJORCA
hEAD down the road to Palma Nova and spend a
bit of time on the sand if you haven’t got to catch
an early flight home today. The town is fringed by a
golden stretch that’s great for sunbathing. It’s backed
by shops, restaurants and bars, too, so grabbing
an ice-cream or a magazine is easy.
