To sanitize work surfaces (not utensils): After each use, scrub thoroughly with hot suds; rinse with clear, cold water. Then prepare a 200 ppm available chlorine sanitizing solution. Apply this solution 1 minute. Air dry. To disinfect work surfaces (not utensils): After each use, scrub thoroughly with hot suds; rinse with clear, cold water. Then prepare a 2400 ppm available chlorine disinfecting solution. Apply this solution 5 minutes. Rinse with potable water.
