Your contributions allowed us to make 54 grant disbursements
in 2010 totaling $822,921. Samples of some of our
major grant allocations for 2010 include financial support
for Community Services Programs that reach more than
8,000 older adults throughout the Bay Area, and confidential
financial support to 16 residents in our seven housing
communities.
Your donations enable us to keep our promise to meet
the needs and improve the quality of life for the older
persons we serve. Thank you for caring about older adults
in the Bay Area and sharing our mission to improve their
lives.
On June 1, 2010, NCPHS Foundation changed its name
to Senior Services for Northern California. Our Board of
Trustees decided it would be more useful to have a name
that clearly states what we do, who we serve and where we
provide services. Nothing has changed but our name.
