Case studies and active discussion bring<br />

representation to life! The high-energy workshop<br />

atmosphere of this level makes it many attendees’<br />

favorite. Explore collections from a wide variety<br />

case resolutions, and liens & levies. Complex<br />

issues such as innocent spouse and trust fund<br />

Level 3 completes your foundation in<br />

representation. You’ll jump right into a high-level<br />

and trust fund recovery. Observe two mock<br />

conferences where EAs attempt to negotiate<br />

settlements and resolutions with actual IRS<br />

Appeals Officers. The information you’ll take<br />

away from Level 3 will guide your actions over<br />

and over again when you’re serving as a taxpayer’s<br />

advocate. This advanced program is designed for<br />
