EDITORIAL
Guruji said that he brought Yoga to all who were open to learning the subject regardless of sex,
caste, political affiliation, economic position, religious affiliation and race. In our current world
circumstance we must all be conscious of our commitment as practitioners and teachers of Yoga
to uphold Guruji’s devotion to all. This devotion includes cultivating a mindfulness that joins and
does not divide our community. Forgive the mistakes of your colleagues and bridge the
differences you may feel between yourself and others within and without the Yoga community.
At the end of Guruji’s keynote address in Estes Park, he glowed in the adoration and standing
ovation of the audience and then humbly acknowledged the power that this enthusiasm could

have if extended to others and asked us to imagine how this energy taken into the world could
literally create a peaceful world for all.
