D EFINITION<br />
<strong>PIDO</strong>-<strong>MAGNESIUM</strong> is the magnesium salt of the L-<br />
Pyrrolidone Carboxylic Acid (L-PCA).<br />
Obtained by cyclization of the L-glutamic acid, amino<br />
acid (vegetal origin), L-PCA allows a better<br />
assimilation and bioavailability (taking into account its<br />
physiological structure) of the mineral which it<br />
transports while optimizing its tolerance.<br />
A Dose Recommended of 300 mg of Magnesium is<br />
equivalent to 3.46g of <strong>PIDO</strong>-<strong>MAGNESIUM</strong> (1g of<br />
<strong>PIDO</strong>-<strong>MAGNESIUM</strong> 87 mg of Magnesium).<br />
